Plymouth City College is a high-performing higher education institution in southwest England with its main campus in Devonport, Plymouth. As a large government-funded college, it was rated as "Good with Outstanding Characteristics" by the British Office for Educational Standards (Ofsted) in 2016.

Founded in 1887, the college provides high-quality courses certified by the UK Higher Education Quality Assurance Agency (QAA). The college focuses particularly on STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) and opened a new STEM teaching building on campus in September 2017.

Some of the college's courses are offered in close cooperation with the University of Plymouth to ensure that students can successfully transition to higher education. Employability development is considered a core component of Plymouth City College's education and training.
