本政策详细说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您及孩子的个人信息，以及您享有的相关权利。请您在使用本 APP 前仔细阅读并充分理解本政策；您使用本 APP 的行为，即视为您已接受本政策的全部条款。
一、适用范围
1. 本隐私政策适用于本 APP（iOS 版本及 Android 版本）提供的所有核心服务，包括但不限于英国皇家预科项目的实时进度查询、成绩同步、签证信息展示等相关信息处理活动。
2. 本政策不适用于第三方通过本 APP 提供的服务（如嵌入式支付工具、地图服务等）或链接的第三方网站（如 UCAS 官方门户、英国院校官网等）。第三方服务拥有独立的隐私政策，我们对其隐私政策及服务行为不承担责任。建议您在使用第三方服务前，仔细查阅其隐私政策。
我们遵循 “最小必要” 原则，仅收集为提供服务所必需的信息，不收集与服务无关的额外信息。具体收集的信息如下：
1. 账号注册信息：账号由 PDVL 专属分配给参加英国皇家预科项目的学生及家长，无访客 / 游客模式，不支持第三方登录方式（如 Apple ID、Google 账号），仅可使用 PDVL 分配的账号登录。使用分配的账号时，您需提供账号名称，手机号码为可选提供项。昵称、头像等非必要信息无需提供，不提供此类信息不影响您使用核心功能。
2. 联系方式：您需提供电子邮箱（必填）、联系电话等，以便接收重要服务通知（如签证更新提醒、关键学业节点通知、账号安全提示等）。
1. 身份关联信息：为关联英国皇家预科项目，您需提供孩子的基本信息（如姓名、学生 ID、出生日期），用于验证其项目就读资格，确保信息同步的准确性。
2. 学业及生活相关信息：包括项目进度节点、课程成绩、雅思分数、UCAS 申请状态、考勤记录、考试安排、签证信息、活动照片等。上述信息由 PDVL 皇家预科项目官方机构同步至本 APP，仅用于向您实时展示孩子的留学状态，方便您了解孩子的学业进展与生活情况。
3. 敏感信息说明：签证信息、护照相关数据属于敏感个人信息，我们将对此类信息采取额外的加密保护措施（如 AES-256 加密存储），仅用于必要的状态展示，不用于其他任何用途，也不会向无关第三方披露。
（三）设备及使用信息
1. 基础设备信息：为保障 APP 稳定运行、适配不同设备系统，我们将根据您使用的设备类型，自动收集对应设备信息（此类信息不具备个人可识别性，仅用于设备兼容性适配、安全验证及服务优化）：
l iOS 设备：设备型号、iOS 操作系统版本、IDFA（广告标识符）、MAC 地址、IP 地址等；
l Android 设备：设备型号、Android 操作系统版本、OAID（Android 广告标识符）、Android_ID（安卓设备唯一标识符）、MAC 地址、IP 地址等。
2. 使用行为信息：我们会记录您使用 APP 时的操作历史，如查看的功能模块、访问时间、停留时长等。此类信息仅用于优化服务体验（如调整功能入口布局、简化操作流程）及排查技术问题，不会与您的个人身份信息关联。
3. 网络相关信息：为实现数据实时同步，保障网络连接稳定性及数据传输效率，我们会收集网络连接相关信息，包括 Wi-Fi BSSID（Wi-Fi 接入点标识符）、Wi-Fi SSID（Wi-Fi 网络名称），此类信息仅用于网络适配与数据传输优化，不用于其他用途。
4. 权限相关信息：仅在您主动授权后，我们才会根据设备系统类型获取相应权限及相关信息，您可随时在设备设置中关闭权限，关闭后不影响非关联功能的使用：
a. 通知权限：
l iOS 设备：用于向您发送学业更新、重要提醒及账号安全通知；您可在设备 “设置 - 通知 - 本 APP” 中随时关闭该权限；
l Android 设备（对应权限：POST_NOTIFICATIONS）：用于向您发送学业更新、重要提醒及账号安全通知；您可在设备 “设置 - 应用 - 本 APP - 权限” 中随时关闭该权限。
b. 存储权限：
l iOS 设备：仅用于您保存孩子的活动照片、学业报告等文件；我们不会主动访问您设备上的其他存储内容；
l Android 设备（对应权限：READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE）：仅用于您保存孩子的活动照片、学业报告等文件，或读取您主动上传的相关资料；我们不会主动访问您设备上的其他存储内容。
c. 网络权限：
l iOS 设备（对应权限：INTERNET）：用于实时数据同步；无网络连接时无法使用核心服务，但离线状态下不会收集任何信息；
l Android 设备（对应权限：INTERNET/ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE）：用于实时数据同步；无网络连接时无法使用核心服务，但离线状态下不会收集任何信息。
收集的个人信息仅用于以下合法目的，未经您明确书面同意，不会用于超出下述范围的其他用途：
1. 创建和管理您的账号，保障登录安全及核心服务的正常提供；
2. 实时同步您孩子与英国皇家预科项目相关的学业及生活信息，满足您的查询需求，缓解您对孩子留学监管的顾虑；
3. 优化 APP（iOS 版本及 Android 版本）性能及服务质量，基于设备信息、使用数据改进功能兼容性（如适配不同系统版本）、简化操作流程，提供更贴合留学生家长需求的服务；
4. 安全保障：通过设备标识符、网络信息等识别并防范账号被盗、欺诈、恶意攻击等风险，保护您及孩子的信息安全和合法权益；
5. 合规响应：根据法律法规要求或司法机关、监管机构的合法执法请求，提供必要的信息披露。
根据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》及 GDPR 的跨境数据传输要求，所有个人信息均存储在位于中国境内的合规服务器上，符合数据本地化存储相关规定。
我们采取多项技术与管理措施，保障您的个人信息安全：
1. 数据传输采用 SSL/TLS 加密技术，防止传输过程中信息泄露或篡改；
2. 敏感信息（如签证数据、护照信息）采用 AES-256 加密存储，严格限制访问权限，仅授权人员在必要工作范围内可访问；
3. 定期进行跨系统适配性测试、安全漏洞检测及 APP 版本更新，防范网络攻击、数据泄露等风险；
4. 建立数据安全应急响应机制，若发生信息泄露、丢失等安全事件，将立即采取补救措施，并按照法律法规要求及时通知受影响用户及监管机构。
我们严格控制个人信息共享范围，除以下情形外，不会向任何第三方披露或共享您的个人信息：
1. 获得您明确的书面同意或授权（如您同意将孩子的学业报告分享给指定亲友）；
2. 与受托处理者共享：为实现服务功能（如服务器运维、跨系统技术支持、数据同步服务），我们可能向第三方合作伙伴共享必要信息。但我们会与该类合作伙伴签订严格的保密协议及数据处理协议，要求其仅为约定目的处理数据、接受我们的监督，且不得向任何其他第三方披露该信息；
3. 合规要求：根据法律、法规、行政命令的要求，或司法机关的合法执法请求，披露相关信息；
4. 紧急情况：在合理必要范围内，为保护您或他人的人身安全、财产安全或公共利益而披露。
根据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）及相关法规，您享有以下权利，可通过 APP 内 “设置 - 隐私中心” 或联系客服行使：
1. 访问权：您有权要求获取我们存储的您及孩子个人信息的副本，包括收集的信息类型、使用目的、共享信息的接收方等；
2. 更正权：若您发现个人信息（如您的联系方式、孩子的基本信息）不准确或不完整，有权要求我们及时更正或补充；
3. 删除权：在以下情形下，您有权要求我们删除相关个人信息：
l 服务终止后；
l 信息不再为所述目的所必需；
l 您撤回同意；
l 我们的信息处理行为违反法律法规；
4. 撤回同意权：您可随时撤回对信息收集和使用的同意（如关闭通知权限、存储权限）。撤回后，我们将不再收集或使用相关信息，但不影响基于您此前合法同意所进行的信息处理活动的效力；
5. 限制处理权：在信息准确性存在争议、处理行为违法等情形下，您有权要求我们限制对相关信息的处理；

1. 追踪权限声明：本 APP 不会跨其他公司的 APP 或网站追踪您的 iOS 设备数据，也不会将 IDFA 用于定向广告或与数据经纪人合作，符合苹果应用追踪透明度（ATT）框架的要求；
2. 第三方 SDK 声明：iOS 版本仅使用必要的 SDK（如推送通知 SDK）以保障核心功能运行，所有 SDK 提供商均与我们签订了隐私合规协议。SDK 收集的信息类型及使用目的将在 APP 首次启动时单独向您告知，您可自主选择是否授权；
3. 隐私营养标签适配：已根据苹果要求梳理收集的数据类型及使用场景，相关信息将在苹果应用商店的 APP 产品页面准确展示，确保您下载前充分了解我们的隐私实践。
1. 广告标识符使用声明：本 APP 仅收集 Android 系统的 OAID（广告标识符），用于合规统计分析及广告投放优化（若有），不会将 OAID 与您的个人身份信息关联。您可在设备 “设置 - 隐私 - 广告” 中重置 OAID 或关闭广告个性化推荐功能；
2. 第三方 SDK 声明：Android 版本仅使用必要的 SDK 以保障核心功能运行，包括但不限于推送 SDK（如极光推送、个推）、统计分析 SDK（如友盟统计）等。所有 SDK 提供商均与我们签订了隐私合规协议，我们已对 SDK 进行安全检测，确保其符合 Android 隐私规范。您可通过 “设置 - 关于我们 - SDK 列表” 查看详细信息；
3. 权限申请说明：严格遵循 Android 系统权限申请机制，仅在需要使用对应功能时向您申请必要权限，不会提前申请无关权限，且所有权限均可由您自主开启或关闭。
我们可能根据法律法规变化、Apple Store/Google Play 隐私规范更新或 APP（iOS 版本及 Android 版本）功能升级，修订本隐私政策。
更新后，我们将通过 APP 内弹窗、通知等显著方式告知您（通知将保留至您确认查看）。您可在 “设置 - 关于我们 - 隐私政策” 中查看政策最新版本。政策更新后，您继续使用本 APP，即视为您接受修订后的政策；若您不同意修订后的政策，可选择注销账号并停止使用本 APP。
您可通过以下方式注销本 APP 账号：
1. 联系客服：通过本政策 “联系我们” 章节提供的邮箱、电话联系客服，提交账号注销申请（需验证您的身份信息，确保账号安全）；
2. 处理时限：客服将在 3 个工作日内协助处理您的注销申请，并告知处理结果。
账号注销后，我们将停止收集您的个人信息，并在 30 个工作日内删除或匿名化处理您的相关信息（法律法规要求留存的除外），同时解除与其他关联账号的绑定关系。账号注销后，您将无法再使用该账号登录本 APP，相关服务也将终止。

Welcome to use PDVL My Prince Journey (hereinafter referred to as "this App"), developed by Guangzhou Weineng Overseas Consulting Co., Ltd. We fully understand your attention to the privacy of your personal information and your child’s academic data as a parent of an overseas student. We are committed to strictly complying with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China,the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and Apple Store’s App Store User Privacy and Data Use Guidelines, and Google Play’s privacy-related specifications, and to establishing a secure, transparent, and compliant information processing mechanism. This policy details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information and your child’s personal information, as well as the rights you are entitled to. Please read and understand this policy carefully before using this APP; your use of this APP shall be deemed as your acceptance of all terms of this policy.
1. This privacy policy applies to all core services provided by this APP, including but not limited to information processing activities related to real-time progress inquiry, grade synchronization, and visa information display for the UK Prince Foundation Programme.
2. This policy does not apply to services provided by third parties through this APP (such as embedded payment tools and map services) or linked third-party websites (such as the official UCAS portal and official websites of UK institutions). Third-party services have their own independent privacy policies, and we shall not be liable for their privacy policies or service behaviors. We recommend that you carefully review the privacy policy of any third party before using their services.
We adhere to the principle of "minimum necessity" and only collect information that is essential for providing services. The specific information collected is as follows:
1. Account Registration Information: The account is exclusively assigned by PDVL to students and parents who have purchased the Prince Foundation Programme. There is no guest/visitor mode available, and no third-party login methods (e.g., Apple ID, Google Account) are supported—only accounts assigned by PDVL can be used to log in. To use your assigned account, you are required to provide an account name. Providing a mobile phone number is optional. Non-essential information (such as nickname and avatar) is not required, and failure to provide it will not affect your use of core functions.
2. Contact Information: You may optionally provide an email address, another contact phone number, etc., to receive important service notifications (such as visa update reminders and notifications of key academic milestones, account security alerts, etc.). Providing this information is mandatory and failure to provide it may affect the receipt of important notifications, but basic service usage is not affected.
1. Identity Association Information: To link to the UK Prince Foundation Programme, you need to provide your child’s basic information (such as their name, student ID, and date of birth) to verify their enrollment in the programme.
2. Academic and Lifestyle Information: This includes progress milestones, grades, IELTS scores, UCAS application status, attendance records, exam schedules, visa information, and event photos. The above information is synchronized to this APP by the official authority of the PDVL Prince Foundation Programme and is only used to display your child’s overseas study status to you in real time.
3. Note on Sensitive Information: Visa information and passport-related data are classified as sensitive personal information. We will adopt additional encryption and protection measures for such information, which will only be used for necessary status display and not for any other purposes, and will not be disclosed to irrelevant third parties.
1. Basic Device Information: To ensure the stable operation of the APP and adapt to different device systems, we will automatically collect corresponding device information based on the type of device you use (such information is not personally identifiable and is only used for device compatibility adaptation, security verification, and service optimization):
l iOS devices: Device model, iOS operating system version, IDFA (Advertising Identifier), MAC address, IP address, etc.;
l Android devices: Device model, Android operating system version, OAID (Android Advertising Identifier), Android_ID (unique Android device identifier), MAC address, IP address, etc.
2. Usage Behavior Information: We record your operation history when using the APP, such as the functional modules you view, access time, and duration of stay. This information is only used to optimize the service experience (e.g., adjusting the layout of function entrances, simplifying operation processes) and troubleshoot technical issues, and will not be associated with your personal identity information.
3. Network-related Information: To achieve real-time data synchronization and ensure the stability of network connections and data transmission efficiency, we will collect network connection-related information, including Wi-Fi BSSID (Wi-Fi Access Point Identifier) and Wi-Fi SSID (Wi-Fi Network Name). Such information is only used for network adaptation and data transmission optimization, not for other purposes.
4. Permission-Related Information: We will only access corresponding permissions and related information with your active authorization:
◦ Notification Permission:
l iOS devices: Used to send you academic updates, important reminders, and account security notifications; you can turn off this permission at any time in your device’s "Settings - Notifications - This APP";
l Android devices (corresponding permission: POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to send you academic updates, important reminders, and account security notifications; you can turn off this permission at any time in your device’s "Settings - Apps - This APP - Permissions".
◦ Storage Permission:
l iOS devices: Only used for you to save files such as your child’s event photos and academic reports; we will not actively access other stored content on your device;

2. Synchronizing your child’s academic and lifestyle information related to the UK Prince Foundation Programme in real time to meet your inquiry needs and alleviate your concerns about monitoring your child’s overseas studies.
3. Optimizing the APP’s performance and service quality, and improving function design (e.g., simplifying the inquiry process) based on usage data to provide services more tailored to the needs of parents of overseas students.
4. Security Assurance: Identifying and preventing risks such as account theft and fraud to protect the information security and legitimate rights and interests of you and your child.
5. Compliance Response: Providing necessary information disclosure in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements or legitimate law enforcement requests from judicial authorities and regulatory bodies.
1. Storage Location: In accordance with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and GDPR on cross-border data transmission, all personal information is stored on compliant servers located within the territory of China, which is in line with the relevant provisions on localized data storage.
2. Security Protection Measures:
◦ SSL/TLS encryption technology is used for data transmission to prevent leakage or tampering during transmission.
◦ Sensitive information (e.g., visa data) is stored with AES-256 encryption, and access permissions are strictly restricted; only authorized personnel can access such information within the scope of necessary work.
◦ Regular cross-system compatibility testing, security vulnerability detection and system updates are conducted to prevent risks such as cyberattacks and data leakage.
◦ A data security emergency response mechanism is established. In the event of information leakage, we will take remedial measures immediately and notify affected users and regulatory authorities.
We strictly control the scope of personal information sharing. Except for the following circumstances, we will not disclose or share your personal information with any third party:
1. With your explicit written consent or authorization (e.g., if you agree to share your child’s academic report with designated relatives or friends).
2. Sharing with Entrusted Processors: To implement service functions (e.g., server operation and maintenance, cross-system technical support, data synchronization technical support), we may share necessary information with third-party partners. However, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements and data processing agreements with such partners, requiring them to process data only for the agreed purposes, subject to our supervision, and prohibiting them from disclosing the information to any other third party.
3. Compliance Requirements: Disclosure of information as required by laws, regulations, administrative orders, or legitimate law enforcement requests from judicial authorities.
4. Emergency Situations: Disclosure within a reasonable and necessary scope to protect the personal safety, property safety, or public interests of you or others.
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, GDPR and relevant regulations, you are entitled to the following rights, which you may exercise through the "Settings - Privacy Center" in the APP or by contacting customer service:
1. Right of Access: You have the right to request access to a copy of the personal information of you and your child stored by us, including the type of collected information, purpose of use, and recipients of shared information.
2. Right to Rectification: If you find that personal information (e.g., your contact information, your child’s basic information) is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request us to rectify or supplement it in a timely manner.
3. Right to Erasure: You have the right to request us to delete relevant personal information under the following circumstances:
◦ After the termination of services;
◦ When the information is no longer necessary for the stated purpose;
◦ When you withdraw your consent;
◦ When our processing of information violates laws or regulations.
4. Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to the collection and use of information at any time (e.g., disabling notification permissions, deleting your child’s event photos). After withdrawal, we will no longer collect or use the relevant information, but this will not affect the validity of information processing activities conducted based on your prior legitimate consent.
5. Right to Restrict Processing: Under circumstances such as disputes over the accuracy of information or illegal processing activities, you have the right to request us to restrict the processing of relevant information.
6. Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request us to export your personal information (e.g., account registration information) in a structured, machine-readable format to a platform designated by you.
7. Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you are dissatisfied with our information processing activities, you may lodge a complaint with the competent personal information protection regulatory authority or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
We will respond to your request for exercising the above rights within 1 month free of charge. If the request is complex or requires an extension of processing time, we will notify you in advance.
1. Tracking Permission Statement: This APP will not track your device data across other companies’ APPs or websites, nor will it share your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for targeted advertising or cooperation with data brokers, in compliance with the requirements of Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
2. Third-Party SDK Statement: This APP only uses essential SDKs (e.g., push notification SDKs) to ensure the operation of core functions. All SDK providers have signed privacy compliance agreements with us. The type of information collected by these SDKs and their purposes of use will be separately notified to you when the APP is first launched, and you may independently choose whether to grant authorization.
3. Privacy Nutrition Label Adaptation: This APP has sorted out the types of data collected and usage scenarios in accordance with Apple’s requirements. Relevant information will be accurately displayed on the APP’s product page in the Apple Store to ensure that you fully understand our privacy practices before downloading.
1. Advertising Identifier Usage Statement: This APP only collects the OAID (Android Advertising Identifier) of the Android system for compliant statistical analysis and advertising delivery optimization (if applicable), and will not associate OAID with your personal identity information. You can reset OAID or turn off personalized advertising recommendations in your device’s "Settings - Privacy - Ads";
2. Third-Party SDK Statement: The Android version only uses essential SDKs to ensure the operation of core functions, including but not limited to push SDKs (such as JPush, Getui), statistical analysis SDKs (such as Umeng Analytics), etc. All SDK providers have signed privacy compliance agreements with us, and we have conducted security tests on the SDKs to ensure they comply with Android privacy specifications. You can view detailed information through "Settings - About Us - SDK List";
3. Permission Application Description: We strictly follow the Android system permission application mechanism, and only apply for necessary permissions when the corresponding functions need to be used. We will not apply for irrelevant permissions in advance, and all permissions can be independently enabled or disabled by you
We may revise this privacy policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, updates to Apple Store guidelines, or upgrades to APP functions. After the update, we will notify you through prominent means such as in-APP pop-ups and notifications. You can view the latest version of the policy in "Settings - About Us - Privacy Policy". Your continued use of this APP after the update shall be deemed as your acceptance of the revised policy; if you do not agree to the revised policy, you may choose to cancel your account and stop using the APP.
You can cancel your APP account through the following methods:
1. Contact Customer Service: Contact customer service through the email and phone number provided in the "Contact Us" section of this policy to submit an account cancellation application (you need to verify your identity information to ensure account security);
2. Processing Timeframe: Customer service will assist in processing your cancellation application within 3 working days and inform you of the result.
After account cancellation, we will stop collecting your personal information and delete or anonymize your relevant information within 30 working days (except as required by laws and regulations), and terminate the binding relationship with other associated accounts. After account cancellation, you will no longer be able to log in to this APP with the account, and the relevant services will also be terminated.
